These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpsLiner website and the OpsLiner field service management platform (the "Service").

The service
OpsLiner provides a field service management platform, including a dispatcher web application and a mobile app for field technicians, covering job creation and assignment, map-based dispatch, offline job access, status tracking, photo and signature capture, and job history.
Accounts
To use OpsLiner, you must create an account with accurate company and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Free demo period
OpsLiner offers a free 30-day demo of the Starter and Pro plans with full feature access for that plan, as described on our pricing page. No credit card is required to start a demo. We reserve the right to limit demo eligibility, for example to prevent abuse.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsLiner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
